Regulations governing tuition and fees collected by private schools, their items, purposes, amounts, and other matters to be observed shall be drawn up by the competent authority of schools.Information regarding tuition and fees collected by private schools, their items, purposes, and amounts shall be made known to the public and posted on the school’s website and admission brochure.

私立學校向學生收取費用之項目、用途、數額及其他應遵行事項之辦法，由學校主管機關定之。
