Private School Act Article 27
The chairperson and board members elected or elected through a by-election to fill a vacancy during the term of office shall serve only for the remainder of the original term.The board shall, within 30 days after completing the election of the chairperson or the by-election and appointment of board members or supervisors, submit the relevant documents to the competent authority of legal persons for approval.

董事長、董事於任期中推選、補選者，均以補足原任者之任期為限。
