Private School Act Article 11
The donator or executor shall be the founder of the school legal person. The person designated by the donator or executor may be the founder in accordance with the donation charter as well.If the founder is a legal person, the representative it appoints shall exercise the legal person’s powers.The number of founders is limited to one to three people.

學校法人之創辦人由捐助人或遺囑執行人任之。
但經捐助人或遺囑執行人依捐助章程指定之人，亦得為創辦人。
法人為創辦人者，其職權之行使，由其指派之代表人為之。
