Regulations for the Establishment and Management of Private Elementary Schools, Junior and Senior High Schools, and Affiliated Preschools for International Residents Article 13
To evaluate whether to approve the establishment of a SIR or not, the regulating authorities of the municipal or county (city) government shall examine the requirements of the Rules as well as the local needs, the allocation of schools among different localities and source of students, etc.
