The planning for the construction of an educational institution shall take into consideration the geology, soil and water conservation, traffic and transportation, air and water pollution, noise, and other aspects of the proposed campus site that affect the environment.The buildings, drinking water, toilets, washbasins, garbage management, wastewater treatment, noise, ventilation, lighting, adequate natural light, chalkboards, classroom desks and chairs, fire safety equipment, disability access provisions, and breastfeeding facilities on campus shall be in compliance with the standards prescribed in the related laws and regulations.

學校之籌設應考慮校址之地質、水土保持、交通、空氣與水污染、噪音及其他環境影響因素。
學校校舍建築、飲用水、廁所、洗手台、垃圾、污水處理、噪音、通風、採光、照明、粉板、課桌椅、消防及無障礙校園設施、哺育母乳環境設施等，應符合相關法令規定標準。
