The Compilation and Administration of Education Expenditures Act Article 18
This Act shall come to effect within one year from its promulgation.This Act was amended on March 29, 2011; the effective date of the amended articles is to be determined by the Executive Yuan.The amendments to articles in this Act, promulgated on December 18, 2015, shall take effect from the day of promulgation.
