The Enforcement Rules of the Education Act for Indigenous Peoples Article 9
Preference shall be given to selecting persons who have graduated from a junior college or an institution of higher education and who have an indigenous identity to be the guidance and counseling personnel referred to in Article 16 of the Act.The competent education authorities at all levels shall regularly organize workshops on guidance and counseling related knowledge and skills, for the personnel referred to in the previous paragraph.

本法第十六條所定生活輔導人員，應優先遴用專科以上學校畢業，並具有原住民身分者。
