Regulations Governing the Organization of Procurement Evaluation Committee Article 7

The Committee shall have a chairperson, served by the head of the entity, or by a supervisor at or above the first level, appointed by the head of the entity or the personnel authorized by the head of the entity. Where the chairperson is not served by the head of the entity, the head of the entity shall still be responsible for the evaluation result.The Committee shall have a deputy chairperson, appointed by the head of the entity or the personnel authorized by the head of the entity among internal personnel.The chairperson manages all evaluation matters, and the deputy chairperson assists the chairperson to handle evaluation matters, and both of them are Committee members.Committee meetings will be called by the chairperson who will serve as the chairman. If the chairperson is unable to attend meetings or the position is vacated for cause, the deputy chairperson shall act in his stead. If both the chairperson and the deputy chairperson are unable to attend, the meeting shall be rescheduled.
