Regulations for Publication of Government Procurement Notices and Government Procurement Gazette Article 8
The provisions of the preceding Article shall apply mutatis mutandis to the items that shall be contained in the following government procurement notices:1. a notice of open selection or open solicitation pursuant to subparagraphs 9 through 11 of paragraph 1 of Article 22 of the Act;2. a notice of open invitation for suppliers to submit offers or proposals in writing pursuant to Article 49 of the Act; and3. a notice of invitation to all qualified suppliers to tender pursuant to subparagraph 2 of paragraph 2 of Article 21 of the Implementation Rules of the Government Procurement Act.

下列政府採購公告應登載之事項，準用前條之規定：
一、依本法第二十二條第一項第九款至第十一款規定辦理公開評選或公開徵求之公告。
二、依本法第四十九條規定於採購公報公開邀請廠商提供書面報價或企劃書之公告。
三、依本法施行細則第二十一條第二項第二款規定邀請所有符合資格廠商投標之公告。
