Regulations Governing the Participation of Foreign Suppliers in the Procurement Not Subject To Any Treaties Or Agreements Article 8
This Regulations shall take effect May 27, 1999.The amendment to this Regulations shall take effect on the date of promulgation.Note: In case of discrepancies between the Chinese version and this English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
