Regulations Governing the Participation of Foreign Suppliers in the Procurement Not Subject To Any Treaties Or Agreements Article 7-1
The regulations for foreign suppliers shall apply mutatis mutandis to the participation of suppliers from the Mainland Area in the procurement by each entity.
