The various supporting certificates submitted under this Act, if in foreign language(s), shall be duly notarized or attested by the local notary or attesting institutions and shall be further accompanied with the Chinese translation version which duly attested or authenlicated by the Republic of China’s foreign embassies and consulates, representative offices, field offices, or other institutions authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
