Where a professional engineering consulting firm receives a penalty from the competent authority by revoking or abolishing its permission and nullifying its registration certificate for professional engineering consulting firm, its directors, shareholders in charge of business operation or representing the firm, or the manager of a foreign firm’s branch in Taiwan shall not apply for incorporation of a professional engineering consulting firm in accordance with this Act within three years from the day next to revocation or abolition of the permission and nullification of the registration certificate.

工程技術顧問公司經主管機關撤銷或廢止其許可及註銷工程技術顧問公司登記證處分者，其董事、執行業務或代表公司之股東、外國公司在臺分公司之經理人在撤銷或廢止其許可及註銷登記證之次日起三年內，不得再依本條例規定申請設立工程技術顧問公司。
