Where a professional engineering consulting firm has received up to three warning penalties in accumulation within five years, the competent authority shall impose a penalty for suspension from business operation for a period between not less than three months and not more than one year. Where a professional engineering consulting firm has received up to three suspension penalties in accumulation within five years, the competent authority may abolish its permission and nullify its registration certificate and inform the competent authority in charge of incorporation registration to abolish its incorporation registration or the registration in part.

工程技術顧問公司於五年內受警告處分累計滿三次者，主管機關應予以三個月以上一年以下停業處分；於五年內受停業處分累計滿三次者，主管機關應廢止其許可及註銷登記證，並通知公司登記主管機關廢止其公司登記或部分登記事項。
