Enforcement Rules of the Customs Act Article 55

Any of the following references may be used to justify the fitness of imposing retaliatory duty under Article 70 of the Act:1. Factual evidence provided by a transportation institution or association; or2. An investigation report or study report made by an appropriate economic or commercial mission of the Republic of China stationed abroad.
