Regulations Governing the Management of Import/Export Clearance for Transportation means Article 63
An export cargo manifest should clearly state departure date, vehicle sortie, and the followings:1. Nationality, vehicle type, vehicle model, vehicle number, and owner company;2. Transit stations and arrival station;3. Name, mark, crate number, barrel number of goods, or the number and weight of goods packaged in other types. In case of consolidated package of two or more pieces, state clearly the quantity included in the package, and the container number of container shipment (if the cargos are shipped in containers);4. Cargo location;5. Arrival location; and6. Name and address of consignor.

出口貨物艙單應載明離境日期、車次及下列事項：
一、國籍、車種、車型、車號，及所屬公司。
二、轉達站、到達站。
三、車上所載貨物之名稱、標記、箱號、桶號、或其他型包裝物編號、重量，如將兩件以上件數貨物併裝為一件者，應詳細註明該件內之包數。
如以貨櫃裝運者應載明貨櫃號碼。
四、放置貨物處所。
五、到達地點。
六、發貨人名稱及地址。
