Regulations Governing The Implementation Of Automated Cargo Clearance Procedures Article 5
The Customs bureau eligible to implement automated clearance procedures and the coverage of online operations thereof shall be, prior to the implementation of such practice, publicly announced by Customs Administration, Ministry of Finance.
