For data declared online to Customs and, as provided for in Article 10 of the Act, needed to have a record on Customs mainframe, Customs may entrust the operator of a through-Customs value-added network or CPT Single Window to do so on its behalf.Where necessary, Customs may, in addition to the preceding paragraph, entrusts the operator of a through-Customs value-added network or CPT Single Window to deal with other matters relating to the implementation of automated cargo clearance procedures.

連線申報有關事項依關稅法第十條規定，需經海關電腦記錄者，海關得委託經營通關網路之事業或由單一窗口以其電腦檔案代為記錄。
