The Regulations Governing the Implementation of the Imposition of Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Article 22

Unless otherwise set forth in the Regulations, Articles 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15, and paragraph 1 of Article 17 of “Rules for Handling Import Relief Cases” shall apply mutatis mutandis to the investigation conducted by the ITC as to whether there is injury to the domestic industry.
