Charges And Fees Act Article 2
Charges and fees payable to all government levels and their subordinate agencies or schools (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Agency/School”) shall be levied in compliance with this Act. Regarding matters not specifically provided for in this Act, other laws shall apply.When special regulations apply to the charges and fees levied by a court, the provisions contained in this Act do not apply.

各級政府及所屬機關、學校（以下簡稱各機關學校），對於規費之徵收，依本法之規定。
本法未規定者，適用其他法律之規定。
法院徵收規費有特別規定者，不適用本法之規定。
