Charges And Fees Act Article 11
The executive authorities in charge of the concerned matters shall review the standards of charges and fees on a routine basis by taking the following factors into consideration:1. Trends in the fluctuations of costs and expenses.2. Changes in the consumer price index.3. Other factors.The foregoing routine review shall be made at least once every three years.
