Public Welfare Lottery Issue Act Article 18

A violator who has been fined according to the provisions of Article 16 or Article 17 can be ordered to comply within the time period prescribed by the Competent Authority. If a violator fails to do so without proper reason, the penalty will be increased by one to five times the original penalty and the violator could be subjected to the following punishments:1. A restriction on the number of issues, the quantity of lottery tickets or the number of retailers.2. Being forbidden from issuing or selling lottery tickets.3. Restrictions on the number of issues sold and the quantity of tickets sold or the cancellation of the retailer’s licenses.
