To apply for public announcement of trust for registered certificates, the owner of or other person who is entitled to such registered certificates and trustee shall fill out an application and affix his/her seal to such application, and submit the certificate, relevant supporting documents, and seal specimen to the branch bank originally handling the sale.After reviewing the application referred to in the preceding paragraph, the bank shall specify on the certificates that are property in trust accompany with the date, and print out a "List of Registered Certificates in Trust" for record as well.The provisions of the preceding two paragraphs shall apply mutatis mutandis to any change or invalidation of trust relationship.

記名式債票申請信託公示時，應由債票所有人或其他權利人及受託人填具申請書並檢附債票、相關證明文件及印鑑卡，加蓋印鑑向原經辦行辦理。
前項申請經由經辦行核對後，於債票上載明信託財產並加註日期，列印「記名式債票信託清單」備查。
前二項規定於信託關係變更或消滅時亦適用之。
