An agent may be appointed to lodge a complaint. The appointed agent shall submit a power of attorney indicating the agent’s name, date of birth, occupation, telephone number, domicile or residence, and ID number.Where a complainant has no domicile, office, or business office in the territory of the ROC, the complainant shall appoint an agent having a domicile, office, or business office in the territory of the ROC to lodge the complaint for the complainant.
