Customs Personnel Management Act Article 20

In addition to being administered in accordance with the following provisions, the retirement of customs officers shall be conducted in accordance with Civil Service Retirement Act:1、A customs officer who suffers from mental derangement or becomes disabled due to violence attack or bullying while performing duties shall be compensated with five to fifteen extra basic points of retirement pension in addition to injury or sickness benefits according to relevant regulations.2、A customs officer who has been awarded with medals may be entitled to an extra retirement pension.The standards of additional pensions above-mentioned shall be jointly promulgated by the Executive Yuan and the Examination Yuan.
