Enforcement Rules of the Act for Rebuilding Old Quarters for Military Dependents Article 2

The middle-to-low income household referred to in Article 1 of the Statute shall meet the following circumstances:Subparagraph (1) Female of the age of not less than 22 years old and male of the age of not less than 25 years old, with registered permanent residence locally;Subparagraph (2) All the householder, his/her spouse and cohabitant lineal relative(s) shall not own any house;Subparagraph (3) The family meets the requirements for a low income family noticed by the Executive Yuan.
