The Act of Wartime Contraband Article 4
Paragraph 1The categories of conditional wartime contraband shall be as follows:Subparagraph 1Grains, foods, feeds and nonmilitary coverlets and clothes.Subparagraph 2Producing, manufacturing machines and materials of the articles prescribed in the preceding Subparagraph.Paragraph 2The scope of application for the wartime contraband prescribed in the preceding Paragraph can be submitted by the Ministry of National Defense to the Executive Yuan for approval and pronunciation at any time.

條件禁制品之種類如下：
一、糧食、食品、飼料及非軍用被服。
二、供給前款物件之生產或製造機械及材料物品。
