Criminal Code of the Armed Forces Article 36
A person who is against the requlations prevent those personsfrom on duty handing over the duty shall be punished with imprisonment for not more than one year, detention, or a fine of not more than 100,000 yuan. If the offence caused the injury to the military shall be punished with imprisonment for life or imprisonment for not less than one year and not more than seven years.The code shall apply to the offender who cause to be against other duty.
中文原文 陸海空軍刑法第36條
無故不依規定使衛兵、哨兵或其他擔任警戒、傳令職務之人交接者，處一年以下有期徒刑、拘役或新臺幣十萬元以下罰金；致生軍事上之不利益者，處一年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
使違反其他勤務規定者，亦同。
