Criminal Code of the Armed Forces Article 23
A person who without authority enters into or remains in a strategic military point, naval base, military vessel, or other places or structures of the military with intent to search out or gather the military intelligence in paragraph Ⅰof Article 20 shall be punished with imprisonment for not less than three years and not more than ten years. That if he committed the offence in wartime may have the punishment prescribed for such offence increased by one second.An attempt to commit an offence specified in the preceding paragraph is punishable.A person who commits the offence premeditatedly in the preceding paragraph shall be punished with imprisonment for not more than two years, detention, or a fine of not more than 200,000 yuan.
中文原文 陸海空軍刑法第23條
意圖刺探或收集第二十條第一項之軍事機密，未受允准而侵入軍事要塞、堡壘、港口、航空站、軍營、軍用艦船、航空器、械彈廠庫或其他軍事處所、建築物，或留滯其內者，處三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
戰時犯之者，加重其刑至二分之一。
前項之未遂犯，罰之。
預備或陰謀犯第一項之罪者，處二年以下有期徒刑、拘役或新臺幣二十萬元以下罰金。
