Criminal Code of the Armed Forces Article 15
A person who conspire to commit with violence an offence specified in the preceding paragraph shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not less than seven years or for life; an ringleader shall be sentenced to death or imprisonment for life.A person who prepares or conspires to commit an offence specified in the preceding paragraph shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not less than three years and not more than ten years.

以暴動或勾結外力犯前條第一項之罪者，處無期徒刑或七年以上有期徒刑；首謀者，處死刑或無期徒刑。
預備或陰謀犯前項之罪者，處三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
預備或陰謀犯前項之罪者，處三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
