Criminal Code of the Armed Forces Article 14
A person who commits an overt act with intent to destroy the organization of the State, seize State territory, change the Constitution, or overthrow the Government by strong-arm means or threatening with force shall be punished with imprisonment for not less than ten years; an ringleader shall be punished with imprisonment for not less than ten years, death or imprisonment for life.A person who prepares to commit an offence specified in the preceding paragraph shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not less than one year and not more than seven years.

意圖破壞國體、竊據國土，或以非法之方法變更國憲、顛覆政府，而以強暴或脅迫著手實行者，處十年以上有期徒刑；首謀者，處死刑、無期徒刑或十年以上有期徒刑。
預備犯前項之罪者，處一年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
