Military trial Article 25
In collegiate judgment, judge is assigned as judicator. If there is no judge or judge has something to deal with, the position is held by the one with the highest stage and deep wages.Single judgment is implemented by military judicator.

合議審判以庭長充任審判長，無庭長或庭長有事故時，以庭員中階高資深者充任之。
獨任審判，以該軍事審判官行審判長之職權。
