Military trial Article 24
The judgments of Every- leveled Military Court and branches are implemented by single judicatory or three judicators.The judgments of Higher-grade Military Court and branches are implemented by three judicator. Higher than colonel or served judicatory can't be less than two people.The judgments of Supreme Military Court is implemented by higher than colonel or five judicators.
中文原文 軍事審判法第24條
地方軍事法院及其分院審判案件，以審判官一人獨任或三人合議行之。
高等軍事法院及其分院審判案件，以審判官三人合議行之，其上校以上或簡任審判官不得少於二人。
最高軍事法院審判案件，以上校以上或簡任審判官五人合議行之。
