Firearms Management Regulations for Self-Defense of Servicemen Article 10
When the serviceman who holds the gun is dead, his family informed by management organization should hand in his gun to the police organization of his registered permanent residence in terms of the Firearms Management Act for Self-Defense of Servicemen. The police organization ought to inform the examination and registration organization of the processing situation to nullify the registration of the gun.

軍人自衛槍枝持有人死亡，其遺留之自衛槍枝由隸屬之槍枝管理單位通知其家屬，將是項槍枝向戶籍地直轄市、縣（市）政府警察機關依自衛槍枝管理條例規定辦理。
警察機關應將辦理情形通知查驗機關，俾其辦理槍照註銷事宜。
