Paragraph (1)The Private Entity(ies) conducting the commissioned operation in accordance with the type of commissioned operation described in the preceding Section, may submit the revised operation plans prior to the half of the term of the contract performance and convert to the type of operation prescribed in this section after the authority-in-charge reports the revised operation plans to and is approved by the approving authority.Paragraph (2)The conversion of the type of commissioned operation specified in the preceding Paragraph shall not extend the period of the original contract except as otherwise provided in the tender documents and commissioned contracts that specifies that the contract term may be extended.
