Act of Military Education Article 4
Paragraph (1)The Ministry of Defense executed military education in following manner:Subparagraph (1)Degree or diploma awarded by Military academy. The establishment and change of the departments in the military school must follow the education law.Subparagraph (2)Military certificates were given by military school or military training facilities. Degree or diploma awarded by Military academy. The Minister of National Defense has the right of establishing and changing the departments in the military school.Paragraph (2)The subparagraph 2 state the military training facilities include the schools and centers provide Military Occupation Specialty or certificate.Subparagraph 2 mentioned military training facilities is authorized to give MOS and education certificates before 1 January 2011.
中文原文 軍事教育條例第4條
國防部為辦理軍事教育，以下列方式執行之：
一、由軍事學校授予學位或發給畢業證書。
有關軍事學校學院、所、系、科、班、組之設立、變更、停辦等事宜，由國防部會同教育部依相關教育法律定之。
二、由軍事學校或軍事訓練機構授予軍事學資證明。
有關軍事學校或軍事訓練機構教育班隊之設立、變更、停辦等事宜，由國防部定之。
前項第二款所稱軍事訓練機構係指中華民國一百年一月一日前，核授軍事專長、學資之學校或中心。
一、由軍事學校授予學位或發給畢業證書。
有關軍事學校學院、所、系、科、班、組之設立、變更、停辦等事宜，由國防部會同教育部依相關教育法律定之。
二、由軍事學校或軍事訓練機構授予軍事學資證明。
有關軍事學校或軍事訓練機構教育班隊之設立、變更、停辦等事宜，由國防部定之。
前項第二款所稱軍事訓練機構係指中華民國一百年一月一日前，核授軍事專長、學資之學校或中心。
