Means of CMC are as follows,Paragraph 1 Self Clearance: Implementing Facility conduct CMC after completed CMC execution plan and acquired its approval from Supervising authority.Paragraph 2 Consigned Clearance: Implementing Facility transacts consignment abided by the laws.Personnel perform the aforementioned tasks shall complete related professional trainings and be licenced.

地雷剷除執行方式如下：
一、自力剷除：由執行機關擬訂執行計畫報由主管機關核定辦理。
二、委託辦理：由執行機關依法委託辦理。
前項作業人員，應完成專業訓練及取得證照。
