Armed Forces Disciplinary Punishment Act Article 72
Whereas the punished servicemember subject to a fine fails to pay within the considerable period prescribed by the imposing agency shall be referred to the administrative execution in the name of carrying out the enforcement of the fine.Paragraph 3, Article 51 of the Act of Military Service for Officers and Non-commissioned Officers of the Armed Forces does not apply to the execution stipulated in the preceding Paragraph.

罰款受懲罰人，經處分機關定相當期間催告，屆期未履行者，得以該懲罰處分為執行名義，移送行政執行。
