Armed Forces Disciplinary Punishment Act Article 7
A disciplinary offense is punishable only when expressly provided by this Act at the time of its commission.In the event that the law is amended after the commission of an offense, the law in force at the time of its commission shall apply, if the amended law is more favorable to the offender, the most favorable law shall apply.

違紀行為之懲罰，以行為時本法有明文規定者為限。
行為後本法或應適用之法令有變更者，適用行為時之規定。
但行為後之規定有利於行為人者，適用最有利於行為人之規定。
