Armed Forces Disciplinary Punishment Act Article 60

Whereas the Ad Hoc Review Committee considers the report for a targeted investigation stipulated in Paragraph 1, Article 40 as incomplete, or there exists a request for the investigation of evidential evidence as stipulated in Paragraph 3 of the preceding Article, it shall specify the method of investigation and order the original investigation agency to make a supplement investigation.The supplement investigation stipulated in the preceding Paragraph shall be conducted only once, except for the occurrence of a new fact, or discovery of new evidence.
