Act of Assignment for Officers And Noncommissioned Officers of the Armed Force Article 7
Military Officers and Non-commissioned Officers who are in any of the following situations will be transferred：1. Change of Organized System, Organization or needed in a mission.2. A need to adjust the expertise to cover up defects.3. To fufill the needs of their career management.4. Terms had expired or with outstanding performance.5. On training or has completed training for assignment.6. Regional rotation.7. Misconduct.8. They have been promoted to higher ranks or planned to be promoted.9. They are unable to get along with colleagues and environments of the current positions, or work inefficiently.10. They are confirmed that suffering chronical illness , injury, or physical or mental disability by military hospitals, so that they are unable to perform current duties.11. Other major reasons make the transfer essential.

軍官、士官有下列情形之一者調職：
一、編制、編組變更或任務需要。
二、為調節專長盈缺需要。
三、依經歷管理需要。
四、任期屆滿或工作績效優良。
五、入學受訓或訓畢分發。
六、地區輪調。
七、任職不當。
八、已晉任高階或預定計劃晉任。
九、人地不宜或工作不力。
十、經國軍醫院鑑定久病不癒、受傷或身心障礙致不能服行現職。
十一、其他重大原因必須調職者。
