Pay Act of the Armed Force Article 6
The monthly salary of active conscripted military personnel shall be determined by the Ministry of National Defense and submitted to the Executive Yuan for approval. The total amount of such salary shall not be less than the minimum wage prescribed by the Minimum Wage Act.
