Regulations Governing Rewards for Reporting Violations of the Immigration Act Article 11
The agency or personnel receiving a report shall keep the information specified in Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 1of Article 5 strictly confidential.. Unless absolutely necessary, the report, record in writing, and other information about the reporter shall be kept separately and shall not be included in the investigation or detection files.Violations of the preceding paragraph shall be subject to punishment or penalty in accordance with the Criminal Code of the Republic of China or other laws.
中文原文 舉發違反入出國及移民法事件獎勵辦法第11條
受理舉發之機關及人員，對於第五條第一項第一款之資料，應嚴予保密；對於舉發人之舉發書、書面紀錄或其他資料，除有絕對必要者外，應另行保存，不附於調查或偵查案卷內。
