Regulations on Counseling and Management of Immigration Service Organizations Article 18
Those who have participated in the training of immigration specialties for less than four-fifths of the total training hours will not be allowed to take the test.A passing grade is defined as a total score of 70% or more. The results of the test will be issued by the institution (organization), group, or school that administers the test.Those who have passed the test may then submit an application and the score report to the NIA for the issuance of a Certificate of Qualification for Immigration Specialists.

參加移民專業人員訓練之實際訓練時數未達總時數五分之四者，不得參加測驗。
測驗成績以總滿分得分百分之七十以上為及格。
測驗結果由辦理測驗之機關（構）、團體或學校製發成績通知單。
測驗成績及格者，得檢附申請書及成績通知單，向移民署申請核發移民專業人員資格證明書。
