The National Immigration Agency shall complete the examination within two (2) months since the application has been processed. The National Immigration Agency may extend the period once as it deems necessary; provided that such extension shall not exceed one (1) month.A copy of the examination results referred to in the previous paragraph shall be sent to the competent authority which approved the establishment of foundations and non-profit institutions.
