Regulations Governing Subsidy for Victims of Human Trafficking Article 11
The subsidy application shall be denied in any of the following circumstances:1. The application does not meet the established criteria for claiming the subsidy.2. The application is submitted through fraudulent or other improper actions, or involves the submission of falsified, concealed, or otherwise untruthful application materials.3, The applicant has already applied for subsidies of the same nature under other laws.

申請補助金有下列情形之一者，不予補助：
一、不符合請領條件。
二、以詐欺或其他不正當方式申請補助金，或檢具之申請資料有虛偽、隱匿等不實情事。
三、已依其他法令規定領取相同性質之補助金。
