Other legitimate reasons as mentioned by subparagraph 1 of paragraph 4 of Article 19 of the Regulations are limited to the following situations:1. Flight crew members or flight attendants entering the country temporarily on route to a destination outside the State;2. Vessel crew or service personnel aboard a seaborne vessel entering the country temporarily on route to a destination outside the State;3. Any other special cases approved by the National Immigration Agency.

本法第十九條第一項第四款所稱其他正當理由，以有下列情形之一者為限：
一、飛航組員或客艙組員因航行任務必須臨時入國。
二、船員或服務於船舶之人員因航行任務必須臨時入國。
三、其他經移民署專案審查通過。
