Fee-Charging Standards for Entry/Exit Permits and Immigration Documents Article 7
Fees for application for replacement of defaced, destroyed, stolen documents, or change of information on documents are the same amount as application for a new one(s). However, exceptions are made for the following:1. Alien resident certificate: NT$500 per replacement.2. Alien permanent resident certificate or immigration service organization registration certificate: NT$1,000 per replacement.

因證件污損、滅失、遺失或資料變更重新申請補發者，應依新領證件標準收費。
但下列證件收費如下：
一、外僑居留證：每件新臺幣五百元。
二、外僑永久居留證及移民業務機構註冊登記證：每件新臺幣一千元。
