Immigration Act Article 95
Fees shall be collected by the National Immigration Agency for any certificate issued in accordance with this Act and any 4-in-1 certificate consisting of a work permit, a resident visa, an Alien Resident Certificate and a reentry permit or any other certificate with an equivalent function of an Alien Resident Certificate 4-in-1, save the following certificates:1. An Entry Permit, which is issued to a national without household registration in the Taiwan Area, and is stuck to a passport of the State.2. A Temporary Visit Permit.3. A Single Entry Permit which is applied by a Council Member, Senior Advisor, Advisor and Associate Advisor of Overseas Community Affairs Council4. A Single Entry Permit which is applied by a national without household registration in the Taiwan Area during the period from September 1 to October 10 each year for the participation of Double Tenth festivities.5. A Residence Certificate of Taiwan Area or a Registered Permanent Residence Certificate applied by a national without household registration in the Taiwan Area who has made distinguished contributions to the State and the society.6. A Re-entry Permit granted to an alien.7. An Alien Permanent Residence Certificate permitted pursuant to Paragraph 3 of Article 25.8. An Alien Resident Certificate or an Alien Permanent Resident Certificate applied by people of designated countries which hold the principle of reciprocity acknowledged by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or based on treaties or agreements.

依本法規定核發之證件，或工作許可、居留簽證、外僑居留證及重入國許可四證合一之有效證件，或其他已含有外僑居留證功能之證件，由移民署收取規費。
但下列證件免收規費：
一、核發臺灣地區無戶籍國民，黏貼於我國護照之入國許可。
二、臨時停留許可證件。
三、僑務委員或僑務榮譽職人員因公返國申請之單次入國許可證件。
四、臺灣地區無戶籍國民每年自九月一日起至十月十日止，申請返國參加慶典之單次入國許可證件。
五、臺灣地區無戶籍國民對國家、社會有特殊貢獻，申請之臺灣地區居留證或定居證。
六、外國人重入國許可。
七、依第二十五條第三項規定許可之外僑永久居留證。
八、基於條約協定或經外交部認定有互惠原則之特定國家人民申請之外僑居留證或外僑永久居留證。
但下列證件免收規費：
