Enforcement Rules of Fire Services Act Article 3
Municipal and county (city) authorities shall develop a comprehensive plan annually, integrating resources from agencies, schools, groups, and volunteers. Utilizing various channels such as media, community engagement, and experiential activities, they shall consistently promote fire prevention education and awareness.This annual plan shall include:1.Analysis of fires within the jurisdiction from the previous year.2.Planning and scheduling of fire prevention education and awareness activities based on the analysis.3.Enhanced promotion of fire prevention measures during traditional festivals, focusing on fire and electrical safety.

直轄市、縣（市）主管機關每年應訂定年度計畫，結合機關、學校、團體及志工等資源，並運用傳播媒體、社區參與或辦理體驗活動等方式，經常推動防火教育及宣導。
前項年度計畫應包括下列事項：
一、前一年度轄區火災分析。
二、依前款分析規劃防火教育與宣導執行內容及時程。
三、傳統節日增加用火用電致易生火災相關預防措施之宣導。
